As previously reported, Robo.ai Inc. announced its corporate name and ticker symbol change as part of the rebranding strategy of NWTN. Effective August 26, the company's common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the new ticker symbol "AIIO." The company stated: "The rebranding reflects a strategic transformation from an electric vehicle manufacturer into an integrated artificial intelligence platform company. Robo.ai Inc. aims to build a comprehensive AI ecosystem that connects smart devices and intelligent mobility solutions, in alignment with the UAE's 'We the UAE 2031' vision to become a global hub for innovation and future technologies."

NWTN Inc. executed an asset contribution and share issuance agreement with Pakistan's industrial group JW Corporation. The agreement grants NWTN exclusive usage rights to JW Corporation's complete knock-down automotive assembly facility in Lahore's China-Pakistan Special Economic Zone and access to JW Corporation's nationwide network of over 400 sales outlets in Pakistan. This collaboration supplements NWTN's global strategy with "UAE Headquarters + South Asia Manufacturing + Global Sales." Utilizing the 563,000-square-foot CKD facility and JW Corporation's established distribution network, NWTN will introduce multifunctional new energy commercial vehicles to the global market. The partnership not only aligns with UAE's "We the UAE 2031" national vision and Dubai's D33 economic agenda by exporting green transition technologies through EV production and establishing Pakistan as an export hub connecting South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, but also delivers core strategic value to NWTN with capital-efficient manufacturing through utilization of existing CKD infrastructure and accelerated global brand expansion via international deployment of product lines.

NWTN Inc. announced a strategic memorandum of understanding with UAE-based digital finance provider Changer.ae. Under this initiative, NWTN strives to become the first manufacturing enterprise in the Middle East to support stablecoin-enabled transactions. This collaboration aligns with the "We The UAE 2031" national vision's objectives to accelerate digital transformation, enhance financial inclusion, and strengthen the UAE's position as a global fintech hub. By integrating stablecoin technology into manufacturing and mobility ecosystems, NWTN aims to advance blockchain adoption and deliver globally competitive digital solutions for regional enterprises.

NWTN announced execution of an agreement with SEET LLC, a subsidiary of Medad Holding, an investment institution in the UAE. This agreement marks a new phase in NWTN's strategic transformation toward "Smart Mobility, Smart Device, Smart Contract" solutions. NWTN and SEET have signed a Share Purchase Agreement under which SEET will invest $100M to acquire newly issued NWTN shares. Additionally, SEET and its affiliated companies will partner with NWTN in strategic initiatives spanning urban mobility, AI, smart energy, and blockchain technology etc. Upon completion, SEET will become NWTN's largest single shareholder. This partnership aligns with the newly launched "We the UAE 2031" national vision, particularly its "Forward Economy" initiative - "focusing on new strategic areas, exceling in well-established key sectors and dominating future potential sectors, while positioning the UAE at the forefront of the digital economy and strengthening its role as a leading force in the energy sector."
