Mobix Labs completed the relocation of its West Coast production facilities and corporate headquarters to a larger military-approved facility in Irvine, California, a few blocks from the prior location. The facility is the primary manufacturing and operations center for Mobix Labs' Electromagnetic Interference business unit. The expanded facility features a state-of-the-art manufacturing floor and modern infrastructure designed to support increasing production of EMI's advanced defense technologies. The new location consolidates key operational functions previously dispersed in a larger footprint to support additional capabilities and improved workflows and operational efficiency to support future growth. The new facility will support production of EMI components for the F-22 Raptor program as well as defense communications hardware for a multi-year U.S. Navy program.

Mobix Labs announced that it has signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire Vision Aerial, a Montana-based manufacturer of American-built drones. "The proposed acquisition moves Mobix Labs into the fast-growing global drone and aerial intelligence markets, where secure, high-performance drones are increasingly used to protect national security interests, inspect critical assets, support emergency response and reach places too dangerous or costly for people to access manually. Vision Aerial's customer and end-user base includes the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, USDA Forest Service, L3Harris, major energy and utility operators and leading research universities. Transaction terms were not disclosed. Completion remains subject to definitive agreements, due diligence, customary closing conditions and approvals," Mobix stated.

Mobix Labs announced that it has fully extinguished its $4M convertible note with Leviston Resources, LLC. All shares issued upon conversion have been registered and resold by Leviston pursuant to the company's effective Registration Statement on Form S-1. The company also entered into an Investor Rights Agreement granting Leviston the right, but not the obligation, to acquire up to $4M in additional convertible notes over a seven-month period on substantially similar terms.
