Mobix Labs announced receipt of new production purchase orders for components used in Gulfstream aircraft. The latest orders reflect ongoing procurement tied directly to aircraft production. Mobix Labs' components are already integrated into Gulfstream aircraft systems.

Mobix Labs announced receipt of a significant production purchase order for components used in the U.S. Navy's Tomahawk cruise missile program. The new order includes Mobix Labs' filtering component, a part designed to protect and stabilize sensitive onboard electronics by mitigating electromagnetic interference during operation.

Mobix Labs (MOBX) engaged in further discussions with Peraso (PRSO) regarding a potential strategic transaction. Mobix Labs previously announced that the parties had entered into a mutual confidentiality agreement to support discussions. The parties are conducting customary, confidential diligence. While discussions continue, no agreement has yet been reached regarding transaction structure, consideration, timing, or other material terms. There can be no assurance that these discussions will result in a definitive agreement or that any transaction will be consummated. Mobix Labs has delivered to Peraso a non-binding indication of interest contemplating a potential all-stock transaction at a premium to Peraso's trading price, subject to further diligence, negotiation, and the execution of definitive documentation. Any such transaction would be subject to customary approvals and conditions.

Mobix Labs announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 30,000,000 shares of its common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $6M, prior to deducting the placement agent's fees and other offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on January 7, 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. D. Boral Capital is acting as the Sole Placement Agent for the offering. Mobix Labs, Inc. intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including to accelerate the Company's growth initiatives and advance its M&A strategy as it expands product capabilities and scales across key military, defense, aerospace and connectivity end markets.
