LiqTech announced that it has secured a commercial order for four of its marine water treatment systems for commercial vessels utilizing Exhaust Gas Recirculation engine technology in China. The first system is scheduled for delivery in Q4.

Konik Capital Partners, LLC, a division of T.R. Winston & Company, LLC, is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. LiqTech intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay approximately $4.1 million of senior notes, invest in business development to accelerate growth in target end markets, fund working capital to support this growth, and fund general corporate activities in this context.

Konik Capital Partners is acting as underwriter in connection with this offering.

LiqTech announced it has secured a record order for 10 QlariFlow ceramic membrane filtration systems for the Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Fraser Rise, Victoria, Australia. The order follows the company's recently announced QlariFlow pool project in Northern Europe and surpasses that installation in scale, making it the largest order to date LiqTech's Commercial Pool business.
