Leifras announced its official collaboration with BLUELOCK, a globally acclaimed soccer manga/anime series, along with plans to launch "SIX SHOOT PREMIER 0," an inaugural premier tournament for SIX SHOOT, on August 10, 2026. SIX SHOOT is Leifras' newly developed soccer competition focused on shooting and goal scoring. Leifras Strategically Expands Development Support Sector with Nine New Facilities
Leifras announced the strategic expansion of its developmental support sector, driven by both organic growth and strategic M&A, with the opening of nine new facilities during April and May 2026, increasing its network to 29 locations nationwide. As part of this expansion, Leifras recently completed a business acquisition in the Miyagi area, through which it took over four existing facilities and afterward, successfully launched two new specialized brands: "FLEI" for movement-based learning support and "ILFE" for independent learning support. Moving forward, the company plans to optimize resource allocation as it expands into new territories and strengthens regional density through a focused area development strategy.

Leifras Acquires 100% Equity Interest in Tokai Sports
Leifras announced that it had entered into a Stock Transfer Agreement dated May 20 with shareholders of Tokai Sports Co. to acquire 100% of equity interest of Tokai Sports. Tokai Sports is an established sports school operator in Japan with a 40-year history that has produced several international-level professional athletes. The Acquisition is an important initiative of Leifras to expand its market share in the sports school market in Japan and increase customer lifetime value. Pursuant to the Agreement, Leifras agrees to acquire 100% of the equity interest of Tokai Sports. Tokai Sports is expected to become Leifras' wholly owned subsidiary effective June 1. This transaction is a strategic investment executed against the backdrop of the visibility and financial strength gained through the company's Nasdaq listing. By acquiring Tokai Sports, which serves approximately 1,200 sports school members and operates at about 20 affiliated kindergartens and daycare centers, Leifras expects to strengthen its market position in the sports school business, especially in the Nagoya and Owariasahi areas.

Leifras Awarded Weekend Club Activity Management Contract by Shingu Town, Fukuoka
Leifras announced that it had been awarded the "FY2026 Shingu Town Public Junior High School Weekend Club Activity Management and Operation Contract" by Shingu Town, Kasuya District, Fukuoka Prefecture. The Contract represents a continued expansion of the Company's role as a trusted operating partner in Japan's ongoing transition toward community-based management of school club activities. School club activities have long played a central role in fostering teamwork and independence among students in Japan. However, Japan's educational landscape today calls for structural reform to reduce teacher workloads while enhancing the quality and safety of student activities. In response, the Japanese government is promoting a nationwide transition of club activities to community-based management. Shingu Town also faced an urgent need to build a sustainable operational framework that leverages the expertise of the private sector, with an eye toward the phased transition of weekend club activities to community-based management. Under the Contract, Leifras will handle the following management and operational duties for the weekend club activities at Shingu Town Junior High School: Safe, high-quality instruction and supervision by certified instructors; Smooth coordination among parents, schools, and the community. Through this commissioned project, the Company expects to contribute to reforming working conditions for teachers in Shingu Town while preserving an environment where children can fully enjoy sports and cultural activities. Moving forward, as a leading private-sector company dedicated to youth sports and community engagement in Japan, Leifras intends to continue to build new infrastructure for extracurricular activities in order to help make Japan's educational landscape more sustainable. The Company's financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, reflected a high demand for school club support, with social business sales increasing 32.8% year-on-year and the number of schools contracted for club activities increasing 9.8% year-on-year, demonstrating continued growth.
