LCI Industries President and CEO Jason Lippert Announces Retirement
LCI Industries announced that Jason Lippert has announced his retirement and has stepped down as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors after 32 years in the business. The Board of Directors has appointed Independent Director Johnny Sirpilla to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Jason Lippert has agreed to serve in an advisory capacity for a period of one year to support the transition. The Board will conduct a search for a permanent CEO and expects to consider both internal and external candidates.
