Lazard reported that its preliminary assets under management as of February 28 totaled approximately $277.7B. The month's AUM included market appreciation of $8.9B, net inflows of $4.2B, FX depreciation of $0.8B and a decrease of $1.5B related to the sale of our stake in the Edgewater Funds management vehicles.
