Robot Consulting issued the following statement regarding the trading halt of its American Depositary Shares representing its ordinary shares by The Nasdaq Stock Market. The company said, "The Company continues to cooperate with Nasdaq and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to furnish both regulators with any requested information. The Nasdaq Stock Market announced that trading is halted in Robot Consulting for additional information requested from the company. Previously, the Securities and Exchange Commission effected a trading suspension in PC from 04:00:00 on October 23, 2025 to 23:59:00 on November 5, 2025. The last sale price of the company's ordinary shares was $3.75.

Robot Consulting announced that the Company has engaged Masaaki Seki, a former representative director of bitFlyer Holdings and bitFlyer, to advise on its Ethereum investment strategy and finance objectives, effective September 1, 2025.

Robot Consulting announced that the Company intends to invest a portion of its available cash resources, which may include proceeds from its initial public offering completed on July 18, 2025, toward the investment in Ethereum. The Company anticipates commencing the investment during the fourth quarter of 2025 and the spring of 2026. The planned investment is expected to be in an amount up to approximately Y1 billion, although the timing and amount may be adjusted, depending on market conditions and strategic considerations. The Company has determined to utilize Ethereum, with its blockchain ecosystem and smart contract functionality, in various aspects of its business.
