Laser Photonics Corporation announced it has secured a new order from a leading process controls manufacturer for its CleanTech laser cleaning system. The customer will deploy the system for powder coat surface preparation on hydraulic actuators used in harsh operating environments.

Laser Photonics announced it has received a purchase order from a European industrial customer for an OEM-customized MarkStar Pro handheld laser marking system, to be used in a selective surface material removal application and to enhance part identification and traceability in accordance with MIL-STD-130. The customer selected Laser Photonics' solution as the only laser platform that met their specific performance and integration requirements.

Laser Photonics Corporation attended the annual Waste Management Symposia in Phoenix, Arizona, alongside its technology partner Brokk. The two companies are collaborating on a laser-cleaning robot for remote nuclear decontamination and jointly presented their latest developments at the conference. Laser Photonics also introduced its next-generation CleanTech laser cleaning blaster, currently being custom engineered for a major nuclear power plant client. The system is designed to replace traditional abrasive sandblasting, which generates large volumes of secondary contaminated media that must be handled and disposed of as controlled waste. Instead, the CleanTech process removes and vaporizes surface contaminants at the point of treatment through a laser-driven transmutation mechanism, dramatically reducing secondary waste and associated disposal costs. The unit features an integrated fume extraction system and a modular shroud to capture airborne debris, supporting safer facility operations.

Laser Photonics announced the entry into definitive agreements for the immediate exercise of certain outstanding warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,373,630 shares of common stock of the Company originally issued in September 2025, having an exercise price of $3.40 per share, at a reduced exercise price of $1.08 per share. The shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of the warrants are registered pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-1. The gross proceeds to the Company from the exercise of the warrants are expected to be approximately $1.5 million, prior to deducting placement agent fees and estimated offering expenses. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. In consideration for the immediate exercise of the warrants for cash, the Company will issue new unregistered Series A-3 warrants to purchase up to 1,373,630 shares of common stock and new unregistered Series A-4 warrants to purchase up to 1,373,630 shares of common stock. The new warrants will have an exercise price of $1.08 per share and will be exercisable beginning on the effective date of stockholder approval of the issuance of the shares issuable upon exercise of the new warrants. The Series A-3 new warrants will expire five years after the later of the date of stockholder approval and the effective date of the Resale Registration Statement and the Series A-4 new warrants will expire eighteen months after the later of the date of stockholder approval and the effective date of the Resale Registration Statement. The offering is expected to close on or about March 17, 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
