Kornit Digital unveiled the Kornit Presto MAX PLUS. Debuting at Texprocess 2026 in Frankfurt, Presto MAX PLUS enables entirely new applications for on-demand textile production. "The fully digital, single-step system, based on the proven Presto MAX solution, requires minimal setup, eliminates Minimum Order Quantities, supports the industry's widest array of fabrics, and offers water-free printing with no pre- or post-washing, reducing waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact. At its core, Kornit MAX technology ensures retail print quality and superior hand feel," the company said.

Kornit Digital announced its acquisition of PrintFactory. Erik Strik, CEO of PrintFactory, added, "For more than three decades, PrintFactory has focused on solving real workflow and production challenges for professional print operations. Joining Kornit opens an exciting new chapter. Kornit's global reach, innovation culture and platform vision will accelerate our roadmap and significantly expand the value we deliver to customers worldwide."

Kornit Digital has appointed Nick Beighton, former CEO of ASOS, as a strategic advisor to the Company and its Board of Directors. His appointment reflects Kornit's continued focus on strengthening its connection to global brands, retailers, and digital commerce platforms as the industry transitions toward on-demand production. The Company plans to nominate Mr. Beighton for election to the Board at Kornit's 2026 Annual Shareholder Meeting.

Kornit Digital announced that UK clothing manufacturer Basic Prints has expanded its digital production capacity with a second Kornit Apollo Direct-to-Garment, DTG, system. This marks a strategic shift supporting Basic Prints' digital-first manufacturing model.
