Sees 2026 revenue $1.9B-$2.0B vs. $1.89B last year. CEO Ball said, "We expect to drive significant improvement in adjusted EPS and free cash flow in 2026. Reports Q4 revenue $432.7M vs. $477.0M last year. CEO Leroy Ball said, "We maintained our focus on aligning our cost structure with our evolving portfolio and made further progress in Q4, with two of our segments expanding margins despite lower sales. Our financial results reflect disciplined execution and tangible progress simplifying our portfolio, including the completion of our railroad structures business sale, as part of Catalyst, our company-wide transformation process. For the full year, Catalyst generated approximately $46M in benefits, largely offsetting lower profits driven by reduced market share and softer demand in some key business lines. I want to thank our global Koppers team for delivering solid financial performance despite a challenging market environment. I am particularly proud that the Koppers team achieved our best safety rates on record, while continuing to improve our sustainability metrics."

Koppers Holdings Board of Directors has approved a 12.5 percent increase in the planned quarterly dividend rate for 2026, from $0.08 to $0.09 per share of Koppers common stock. A quarterly dividend will be paid on March 23, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on March 6, 2026.

Koppers Holdings announced that Jimmi Sue Smith is retiring from her position as CFO, effective January 5. Smith will continue to serve as Treasurer, as well as in an advisory role, to assist with a smooth transition through February 28. Bradley Pearce, Chief Accounting Officer, has been elected by the company's Board of Directors to act as interim CFO and Chief Accounting Officer while an external search is conducted to identify a permanent successor.
