Kamada announced FDA approval of the company's new in-house Rapid Fluorescent Focus Inhibition Test, or RFFIT, laboratory. The new laboratory is part of Kamada's Quality Control laboratory network and represents a significant expansion of the company's advanced testing capabilities for Anti-Rabies potency testing involved in the manufacture of Kerab and Kamrab.

The company said, "Kamada is reiterating its 2026 annual financial guidance of total revenues in the range of $200 million to $205 million and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $50 million to $53 million, representing year-over-year increase of 12% in revenues and 23% in adjusted EBITDA based on mid-point of 2026 annual guidance."

Reports Q1 revenue $45.24M vs. $44.02M last year. "Our operational and financial performance in 2026 is off to a solid start, with first quarter revenues and adjusted EBITDA in line with our expectations," said Amir London, Kamada's CEO. "Total revenues for the first quarter were $45.2 million, an increase of approximately 3% year-over-year, and adjusted EBITDA was $11.6 million, representing a robust 26% margin of revenue. Net income for the quarter was $4.1 million, up 4% year-over-year. While temporary shipment delay of a single order, subsequently delivered during April, affected first quarter financial results, importantly, the underlying demand of our products, including for KEDRAB in the U.S. market as well as KAMRAB and VARIZIG in ex-U.S. markets, continues to increase, supporting our confidence for a significantly stronger remainder of 2026. We are reiterating our 2026 annual guidance of $200 million to $205 million in revenues and $50 million to $53 million of adjusted EBITDA, respectively, representing 12% and 23% growth when comparing 2026 guidance mid-points to 2025 results."

Kamada announced that it has obtained a tax ruling from the Israel Tax Authority with respect to the cash dividend of 25c per share on the company's ordinary shares announced on March 11. As a result of the ruling, shareholders who hold company shares as of the record date that trade such shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market and are residents of a country with which Israel has a tax treaty may be eligible for a reduced Israeli withholding tax rate on their share of the dividend, in comparison to the generally applicable Israeli withholding tax rate under certain terms and conditions. The company has appointed IBI Trust Management to serve as a processing agent in connection with the distribution of the Nasdaq Dividend.
