Jayud Global Logistics announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with several investors for the purchase and sale of 5.025M Class A ordinary shares at a purchase price of $1.34 per share in a registered direct offering. The gross proceeds to the company from this Offering are expected to be approximately $6.73M. The Offering is expected to close on or about March 17, subject to customary closing conditions. FT Global Capital is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
