Jeffs' Brands' KeepZone AI entered into a reseller agreement with AeroIntegral for AeroIntegral to act as an authorized reseller of certain counter-unmanned aerial systems in Mexico as permitted under KeepZone's exclusive reseller agreement with a leading aerospace defense technology developer. Under the Reseller Appointment, AeroIntegral is permitted to market and promote the Aerospace Company's C-UAS solutions to government, defense, critical infrastructure, and enterprise customers across Mexico under KeepZone's supervision and guidance, and subject to applicable regulatory approvals. The Reseller Appointment is part of KeepZone's broader strategy to expand its presence in Latin America and supports the deployment of the Aerospace Company's counter-drone technologies in regions facing increasing unmanned aerial threats.

Jeffs' Brands' KeepZone AI has received its first purchase order for a counter-unmanned aerial system solution from an aerospace systems integrator in Mexico. The purchase order is for a net-launching counter-drone solution designed to enhance operational capabilities in high-risk environments. The system, which was sold to the Customer through KeepZone's recent exclusive reseller agreement with a leading aerospace defense technology developer, features a multi-layered soft- and hard-kill platform utilizing net-launching technology, and is designed to neutralize hostile drones while minimizing collateral damage, making it well-suited for urban security, border protection, and critical infrastructure defense. This sale marks KeepZone's first purchase order following its entry into various reseller and distribution agreements for integrated security solutions.

Jeffs' Brands announced that its subsidiary, KeepZone AI, has entered into a non-exclusive reseller agreement with Beesense Sensors Systems. The agreement appoints KeepZone as a reseller of certain Beesense products and services in Canada and Mexico, expanding Jeffs' Brands' presence in the North American defense and security sectors.

Jeffs' Brands announced that its subsidiary, KeepZone AI, has entered into an exclusive reseller agreement with an aerospace defense technology developer. Under the terms of the Agreement, KeepZone has been granted exclusive rights to resell the Aerospace Company's advanced counter-unmanned aerial systems solutions in Mexico. "Through this strategic partnership, KeepZone intends to offer air-domain security and defense solutions to government, security and enterprise customers, including border protection agencies, law enforcement authorities and operators of critical infrastructure, subject to applicable laws and receipt of government approvals," the company said.
