Reports Q2 revenue $17.3M vs. $14.4M last year. The reported EPS includes a $3.5M gain on the sale of real estate from the disposition of a non-core Los Angeles multifamily property. Revenue growth was driven by a 27% increase in hotel revenues to $12.6M and a 4% increase in real estate revenues to $4.6M. "We remain cautiously optimistic as operating conditions in San Francisco continue to stabilize and recover," said CEO John Winfield.
