InnovAge Holding announced the appointment of Pavithra Mahesh and Sean Traynor to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Mahesh will serve as a Class III director and as a member of the Quality and Compliance Committee, and Mr. Traynor will serve as a Class I director and as a member of the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee. In connection with these appointments, the Board expands its size from nine to eleven directors. Mahesh currently serves as a Principal on the services team at Apax Partners. Traynor currently serves as a General Partner in the healthcare group of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.

INNOVATE announced that MediBeacon, in which INNOVATE owns a 44.7% equity interest, has received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA, for the next generation MediBeacon TGFRTM System including the latest TGFRTM Reusable Sensor. The TGFR System enables kidney function assessment at the point of care by measuring the clearance rate of Lumitrace, a non-radioactive, non-iodinated fluorescent GFR agent. The TGFR Reusable Sensor placed on the skin measures the change in Lumitrace fluorescence intensity as a function of time.

InnovAge appointed Paul Taheri as its chief medical officer, effective November 3. He has served as a clinical quality advisor to Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a role he has held since 2019.

InnovAge appoints Meredith Delk as its Executive Vice President, EVP, and Chief Administrative Officer, effective September 30, 2025. Meredith Delk brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to InnovAge, and until recently led one of the largest Medicaid PBMs in the country.
