Hexcel Enters Cooperation Agreement with Vision One Fund
Hexcel disclosed earlier in a regulatory filing that it entered into a cooperation agreement with Vision One Fund. Hexcel agreed to appoint Neal Keating to its board and audit committee, nominate Keating for election to the board at the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders, and not increase the size of the board to more than 10 directors until the 2026 annual meeting. Vision One Parties agreed to withdraw their nominees for the 2026 annual meeting.
