Reports Q3 revenue $237.1M vs. $219.1M last year. Average MAUs for the third quarter was 162.3M. Junhong Huang, Acting co-CEO and senior VP of Huya, commented, "As we close the third quarter of 2025, we are encouraged to report that Huya has returned to a promising growth trajectory, with total net revenues up approximately 10% year-over-year. This progress reflects both stabilization in our live streaming revenues and accelerating contributions from game-related services, advertising and other initiatives."

Huya announced a strategic partnership with Kingsoft Shiyou to co-publish the social deduction game, Goose Goose Duck mobile version, in Chinese mainland. Under the collaboration, Huya will jointly promote and publish the mobile version of Goose Goose Duck on major game live streaming platforms and Tencent-owned platforms. Huya will also serve as the joint promotion partner for the game's live streaming content across various live streaming and short-form video platforms. In addition, Huya will conduct a wide range of online and offline activities to enhance the game's exposure. This partnership signifies Huya's strategic entry into the game publishing arena and further integration into the gaming ecosystem.
