Health Catalyst Divests Vitalware to Med-Metrix for $147M
Health Catalyst announced it has signed a definitive agreement to divest Vitalware and the Vitalware business unit, its mid-revenue cycle business, to Med-Metrix for a total consideration of $147M in cash.
