GXO Logistics and London Luton Airport announced a new partnership in which GXO will operate the airport's first consolidation center that will screen all airside deliveries into the airport. The consolidation center will be located in one of three hangars, that are being repurposed as part of an GBP 11.5M refurbishment program that includes two new aircraft engineering and repair hangars. The refurbishment program will create 150 employment opportunities at the airport.

GXO Logistics announced the appointment of Karen Bomber as Chief Commercial Officer, reporting to CEO Patrick Kelleher, effective January 26, 2026. Bomber will be responsible for GXO's global go-to-market strategy. Most recently, Bomber served as Chief Commercial Officer for ABB's Energy Industries division
