Reports FY25 revenue $23.6M vs $ 16.5M last year. "Globavend delivered a strong finish to 2025 with $23.6 million in revenue, representing robust growth of 42.5% year-over-year," said Frank Yau, Chairman and CEO of Globavend Holdings. "During the year, we handled an average of 10,394 packages every day, representing an increase of 69.4% compared to the previous year, and our average daily revenue by freight weight increased by 12.7% compared to the previous year."

Globavend Holdings announced that all outstanding Series B Warrants, which contain a "zero price exercise" option, have been fully exercised. These warrants were issued in connection with a public offering that closed on June 27, 2025. As part of that transaction, the Company entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain investors signatory thereto related to the public offering of $15M.

Globavend Holdings announced that it intends to effect a 1-for-200 reverse stock split of the Company's ordinary shares. The Company anticipates that the ordinary shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a post-Reverse Stock Split basis upon the opening of the market on July 21, 2025.
