HHS Supports Development of Bundibugyo Ebola Vaccine
The HHS ASPR account on X stated: "BARDA is supporting development of Bundibugyo ebolavirus vaccine candidates through the Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle Consortium. We're interested in candidates that leverage the vesicular stomatitis virus platform, which has proven to require just one dose to provide protection for other filoviruses." Vaccine developers include GeoVax Labs (GOVX), Soligenix (SNGX) and Moderna (MRNA).
