Fusemachines announced a strategic partnership with ModulAIre. The partnership will bring Fusemachines AI Studio and related AI services to enterprise clients seeking to operationalize AI at scale within IBM-based environments. Through this collaboration, ModulAIre will integrate Fusemachines AI Studio into its AI and data portfolio, enabling enterprises to design, build, deploy, and manage AI solutions more efficiently while leveraging IBM infrastructure. The joint offering is designed to help organizations move from AI experimentation to production-ready, governed, and scalable AI systems. The partnership will initially focus on industry- and pain point-specific AI use cases where ModulAIre has extensive experience delivering solutions on IBM infrastructure. By combining Fusemachines AI Studio with ModulAIre's deep domain knowledge and expertise across IBM platforms, the companies will help enterprises address high-impact challenges such as operational efficiency, intelligent automation, predictive insights and decision intelligence.

Fusemachines announced that funds managed by Consilium Investment Management made an additional follow-on equity investment in the Company in December 2025. The investment will support Fusemachines' continued expansion of its product portfolio and the scaling of its client base across priority markets.

Fusemachines and RentRedi are embarking on a joint endeavor to offer more AI-powered solutions through an integration with AI Studio for Real Estate. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to exploring next-generation AI capabilities that can support how modern independent landlords are operating smarter, more efficiently, and with a long-term view of their financial future. AI Studio for Real Estate is a dedicated vertical offering that brings together a suite of AI engines tailored for real estate use cases. Built on the Fusemachines AI Studio platform, it includes a modular AI layer that supports multi-agent orchestration, document intelligence, forecasting and time-series models, and production-grade data science pipelines, enabling organizations to accelerate the exploration and development of new AI workflows. RentRedi and Fusemachines intend to jointly evaluate long-term opportunities where AI can play a transformative role in property management. By integrating components of AI Studio for Real Estate, RentRedi aims to enhance the foundation it has already built - including the recent launch of AI-powered onboarding - for responsible, practical AI features that support how smart landlords manage and scale their portfolios.
