Federal Signal Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to 15 Cents per Share
The Board of Directors of Federal Signal declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15c per share on its common stock. This represents an increase of 1c per share, or 7%, compared to the dividend declared in the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on March 26 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 13.
