Foresight Autonomous announced that it has entered into an agreement with a European car manufacturer for a proof-of-concept to validate Foresight's stereo vision artificial intelligence-based solution for off-road driving scenarios. Under the agreement, Foresight will develop and demonstrate a POC system based on its stereo vision technology, to be installed on the car manufacturer's vehicle platform. The system will provide real-time surroundings analysis ahead of the vehicle, assess off-road passability according to the car manufacturer's vehicle parameters, and display visual guidance on safe and unsafe areas, with support for different field types selected by the user. The POC will include live demonstrations in both daylight and low-light conditions at the car manufacturer's facilities. Upon successful completion and validation of first phase, the parties intend to enter into a joint development agreement for a second phase. This next phase will introduce automatic AI -based field classification, localized sub-region evaluation, a three-level classification output and enhanced robustness for broader environmental variability.

VisionWave (VWAV) announced a signed non-binding term sheet for a strategic investment in Foresight Autonomous (FRSX), under which VisionWave will acquire up to 51% of Foresight's outstanding shares in exchange for $17.5 million in VisionWave equity. This transaction follows VisionWave's April 10, 2026 acquisition of the xClibre AI video intelligence IP portfolio, independently valued at approximately $60 million.

Foresight Autonomous (FRSX) announced that it has entered into a non-binding term sheet with VisionWave Holdings (VWAV), a defense and advanced sensing technology company. Pursuant to the term sheet, at closing, VisionWave will make a strategic equity investment of up to $17.5 million through the issuance of VisionWave common stock based on the five-day average closing price of VisionWave's common stock prior to closing. In exchange, VisionWave will receive Foresight's ordinary shares representing up to 51% of the Company's issued and outstanding share capital. The transaction values Foresight at a significant premium with a multiple of approximately three times its current market value.

Foresight Autonomous Holdings announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Eye-Net Mobile, together with Renault Group, Orange, and other participants, announced the completion of a large-scale live trial of the SafeCycloMove "Collision Prevention" project in the city of Bordeaux, France. The initiative is a part of Eye-Net's ongoing collaboration with Software Republique to advance smart mobility innovation and support efficient urban transportation in France and across Europe. The live trial demonstrated positive technical performance across all key parameters, including positioning accuracy, ultra-low latency, stable real-time communication, and full scalability under heavy load. These results confirm the real-world readiness of Eye-Net's vehicle-to-everything collision-prevention technology in a live public-transportation environment involving buses and cyclists. Led by the Lab TBMouv, Bordeaux Metropole and Keolis Bordeaux Metropole Mobilites, during the trial, Eye-Net's Software development kit was integrated into several different applications at the same time, including an app by Orange, Keolis' TBM app for cyclists, and the Atos app installed inside buses, all in collaboration with Renault Group, Allianz, Atos SE and the Bordeaux INP. The trial took place across Bordeaux's public transportation network. Eye-Net's alerting system was integrated into the TBM Mobility App, a public transit navigation platform, enabling real-time data exchange between buses and cyclists to help prevent collisions with vulnerable road users, particularly in areas with obstructed visibility. The trial evaluated the performance and reliability of cooperative collision-prevention alerts, collected feedback from real users, and assessed technical readiness and user acceptance to support broader deployment across transportation networks.
