Farmmi announced that its U.S. subsidiary, SuppChains Group, has received a Hazardous Materials Annual Permit from San Bernardino County CUPA, or Certified Unified Program Agency, California. The CUPA permit was issued to SuppChains Group's facility in Chino, California under the county's hazardous materials management program. The permit is valid from April 1, through March 31, 2027 and certifies that SuppChains facility may handle or store certain special hazardous materials in its operations. The permit was issued under the regulatory framework of the California Environmental Protection Agency unified hazardous materials program. As a condition of the CUPA permit to operate, SuppChains Group Inc. must comply with applicable regulatory requirements set forth in the specified hazardous materials and waste programs.

Farmmi is establishing a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Bluesage Marketing, which will conduct marketing business. This marks the company's latest strategic development and the first step in its entry into the AI-driven digital marketing industry. Upon the integration of advanced AI and Big Data analytics technologies in its operations, Bluesage will be positioned to provide cross-border marketing solutions for its clients and contribute to overall profitability through digital services.

Farmmi announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Suppchains Group, has achieved a significant regulatory milestone. The company's warehousing facility located in Chino, California, has recently received its official Food Facility Registration from the U.S. FDA, under Registration Number 11416872272. Farmmi is dedicated to providing one-stop solutions for cross-border e-commerce through its technology-driven global supply chain service. Completing this FDA registration marks a decisive step in the Company's construction of a comprehensive, high-compliance logistics ecosystem, enabling the Company to lawfully conduct food-related warehousing, distribution, storage, shipment, inventory, and logistics services, including for food products, dietary supplements, and certain agricultural products in accordance with U.S. federal regulations.

Farmmi announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Farmmi USA Inc., has signed a lease agreement for a new warehouse located at 3 Montgomery Way, Robbinsville, New Jersey. The new warehouse spans approximately 183,000 square feet and will bring Farmmi USA Inc.'s total warehousing footprint in the U.S. to 640,000 square feet. The company expects to take delivery of the leased premises by the later of September 1 or the date of receiving a certificate of occupancy.
