The Board of Directors of Escalade is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Griffin as full-time CEO and President effective March 5. Griffin has been serving as interim CEO and President. Griffin has served as an Escalade director and as Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations since 2012. Prior to that, he was President of Martin Yale Group, a former Escalade subsidiary, and held other sales, marketing, and product management roles at Escalade dating back to 2002.

Reports Q4 revenue $62.56M vs. $63.94M last year. "We concluded 2025 with strong margin performance, driven by disciplined operational execution across the business," said Patrick Griffin, interim president and CEO of Escalade. "Fourth-quarter margins reflect the cost structure improvements implemented over the last year. Importantly, demand across our higher-value, premium brands remains resilient, and our diversified product portfolio continues to position us well to navigate an uncertain consumer environment."

Escalade announced that the Escalade board of directors appointed Patrick Griffin as Escalade's interim president and CEO effective immediately. Griffin replaced Armin Boehm, who has resigned from the company.

Escalade announced the acquisition of the Gold Tip business from Revelyst. Founded in 1989, Gold Tip is a leading manufacturer of products for target archery and bow and crossbow hunting. Known as a pioneer of modern archery technology and a leading maker of innovative, durable, and accurate carbon arrows, Gold Tip also produces the Bee Stinger line of premium bow stabilizers. Gold Tip and Bee Stinger will join Escalade's archery portfolio, which is led by Jon Lene, President of Bear Archery.
