Edible Garden AG (EDBL) announced it has been awarded new distribution with Target (TGT), expanding its existing relationship with the retailer to supply a substantial portion of its fresh cut herbs. The award marks an expansion of Edible Garden's retail presence and reflects growing demand for its organic and sustainably grown products.

Edible Garden AG Incorporated announced the strategic redevelopment of the former National Shrimp facility in Webster City, Iowa into a new, large-scale, technology-driven ready-to-drink beverage production hub. Supported by a recently approved $2.66 million incentive package from the Iowa Economic Development Authority, this initiative reflects the Company's continued execution of its Farm to Formula strategy and its move into higher-value, shelf-stable nutrition categories. The 400,000-square-foot facility, previously used for aquaculture operations, is being converted into a high-capacity, automated production plant designed to manufacture shelf-stable RTD nutritional beverages.

Edible Garden announced that its USDA Organic herbs product line is now available chainwide at all The Fresh Market locations nationwide. The expanded distribution follows the Company's initial launch with the retailer in the fourth quarter of 2025 and reflects continued collaboration as Edible Garden deepens its presence within premium grocery channels.

Edible Garden announced a strategic expansion of its Zero-Waste Inspired platform through the development of a state-of-the-art ready-to-drink manufacturing initiative at its Edible Garden facility in the Midwest. "The expansion is driven in large part by increasing demand from major national retailers for scalable, high-quality, and reliable RTD solutions capable of delivering clean-label, shelf-stable nutrition at scale," the company said.
