Damora Therapeutics (DMRA) also announced the appointment of Cameron Turtle, CEO of Spyre Therapeutics (SYRE) to the company's board of directors. In addition, Peter Harwin, founding partner at Fairmount Funds Management, and a current member of Damora's board of directors, has been named chairman.

Damora Therapeutics (DMRA) announced that its board of directors has appointed Jennifer Jarrett as president and CEO, effective March 30. Jarrett will also serve on the company's board of directors. Most recently, she served as COO of Arcus Biosciences (RCUS).
