Dorchester Minerals, L.P. is an owner of producing and non-producing crude oil and natural gas mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, net profits, and leasehold interests. The Company is focused on the acquisition, ownership, and administration of Royalty Properties and Net Profits Interest (NPI). The NPI represents a net profits overriding royalty interest burdening various properties owned by the Operating Partnership. The Royalty Properties consist of producing and nonproducing properties located in approximately 594 counties and parishes in 28 states. Its subsidiaries include Dorchester Minerals Oklahoma LP, Dorchester Minerals Oklahoma GP, Inc., Maecenas Minerals LLP, Dorchester-Maecenas GP LLC, The Buffalo Co., DMLPTBC GP LLC, and DMLP Terra Firma LLC.
