CID HoldCo files to sell 23.81M shares of common stock, warrants

Sees FY25 revenue $5.6M-$5.9M. Sees FY26 revenue $15M-$25M. Dot Ai announced the appointment of Ansgar Thiede as chief strategy officer, effective January 5. Thiede will lead product strategy and customer experience, with responsibility for shaping Dot Ai's long-term product roadmap.
