CVD Equipment Corporation is engaged in designing, developing, and manufacturing a range of chemical vapor deposition, gas control, and other equipment and process solutions. The Company operates through three segments: CVD Equipment, Stainless Design Concepts (SDC) and CVD Materials. The CVD Equipment segment supplies chemical vapor deposition and thermal process equipment targeting growth production markets as well as systems for use in research and development. This includes systems marketed under the FirstNano product brand. The SDC segment designs and manufactures ultra-high purity gas and chemical delivery control systems for semiconductor fabrication processes, aerospace, solar cells, carbon nanotubes, nanowires, and a number of industrial applications. The CVD Materials segment includes elements and product groups, such as Tantaline and MesoScribe. It serves various markets, such as high-power electronics and aerospace and defense.
