ARCTRUST Private Capital announced the acquisition of a seven property, single-tenant net lease portfolio comprised of two Pinnacle Bank (PNFP) locations, three CVS Pharmacy (CVS) locations, and two NAPA Auto Parts locations across six states. The portfolio will be offered to accredited investors as a Delaware statutory trust: ARCTRUST Exchange II DST.The seven property portfolio consists of approximately 51,192 net rentable square feet across a combined land area of around 7.75 acres in North Carolina, Alabama, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, and Virginia. The portfolio features a weighted average remaining lease term of roughly 13.6 years, with contractual rent increases and renewal options across all assets. Each property is leased on an absolute triple-net basis, with the tenants responsible for taxes, insurance, and maintenance of all buildings and grounds.The two Pinnacle Bank properties are located in Lebanon, Tennessee, in the Nashville MSA, and Roanoke, Virginia. The three CVS Pharmacy properties are located in Black Mountain, North Carolina; Gadsden, Alabama; and Paducah, Kentucky. The two NAPA properties are leased to Motor Parts & Equipment Corporation, a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company (GPC). The NAPA properties are located in Charlotte, Michigan and Niles, Michigan.

Salesforce (CRM) and CVS Health (CVS) announced an expansion of their collaboration to simplify and streamline call center interactions for members and providers across multiple CVS Health businesses. This expanded use of Agentforce Health, Salesforce's industry vertical solution for health care that brings humans, data, and AI agents together on a deeply unified platform, reinforces CVS Health's leadership position in leveraging AI to personalize the member call center experience and better meet members' health care needs.

Eli Lilly (LLY) announced all three of the nation's largest pharmacy benefit managers, or PBMs, will cover Lilly's full obesity medicine portfolio. This significantly expands the number of Americans who can access FDA-approved options through their existing insurance. Lilly has worked across major PBMs to expand coverage for its obesity medicines. With today's news, coverage from CVS Caremark (CVS) Commercial Template begins June 1 for Foundayo. For current Zepbound patients, coverage continues uninterrupted, and access will broaden across template plans by October 1. For eligible patients with commercial coverage, both medicines are available for as little as $25 a month. Medicare Part D beneficiaries may also be eligible to pay $50 per month for their obesity medicines beginning July 1 through the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program.

CVS Health announced updates to its most common commercial formularies, expanding GLP-1 options for members- including the reintroduction of Zepbound as a covered medication. Plan sponsors that adopt CVS Caremark template formularies retain discretion to customize coverage for their members. The company said, "CVS Caremark will add Zepbound back to our commercial formularies as an additional preferred option October 1, 2026, increasing access to GLP-1s at a more affordable price for plan sponsors who elect to provide coverage of those medications for their members. Additionally, effective June 1, 2026, CVS Caremark will remove the new-to-market block on Foundayo, a new oral GLP-1 therapy, where approved for coverage by plans. Over the past year, we've been actively driving change in the GLP-1 weight management space to help lower costs. Our approach has made a real difference, enabling us to now expand options while continuing to make progress on affordability. We expect these changes to help drive increased savings in the weight management category - after a history of delivering double digit savings for our template formulary customers year over year - while expanding choice for our members."
