Cencora Appoints Eva Boratto as EVP and CFO
Cencora appointed Eva Boratto EVP and CFO, effective June 29. Boratto succeeds James Cleary, who will be retiring from his role as EVP and CFO as previously announced. Cleary will serve in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026 to help ensure a smooth transition. Boratto most recently served as CFO of Bath & Body Works. She previously spent 12 years at CVS Health, where she held leadership roles, including CFO. Boratto serves on the board of Mars, where she is Chair of the Audit Committee, and currently serves on the board of United Parcel Service, where she is Chair of the Audit Committee.
