Euro Tech Holdings announced that its Board of Directors has approved a program to repurchase up to 250,000 shares of its issued and outstanding ordinary shares for an aggregate purchase price of up to $350,000. This gives the company the ability to repurchase its shares in the open market or through negotiated or block transactions from time to time based on market and business conditions over the next 12 months.

Euro Tech Holdings announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Yixing PACT Environmental Technology Company, has recently been awarded a contract worth approximately $2.1M. The project aims to provide both sewage and potable water treatment solutions at a uranium mining site for a French-Mongolian joint venture energy company in Mongolia, which has a total capacity of 300 tons and 360 tons per day for sewage and potable water treatment solutions, respectively. The contract covers design, supply, fabrication and commissioning and is expected to be completed by August 2026.

Euro Tech Holdings Company announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Yixing PACT Environmental Technology Company has recently been awarded a Ballast Water Treatment port reception system contract worth approximately $1.2M. The purpose is to treat the ballast water at the port for a Chinese state-owned petrochemical company in Guangdong province, with a water capacity of 800 cubic meters per hour. This contract covers design, supply, fabrication, installation, and commissioning at the site, and is expected to be completed by January 2026. Euro Tech Holdings announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Yixing PACT Environmental Technology Company, has recently been awarded two contracts worth approximately $2.2M in total. One project is to provide a turnkey industrial water treatment solution for a renowned UK pharmaceutical company to treat industrial wastewater from their inhalation aerosols manufacturing plant in Qingdao, China. The project is expected to be completed by June 2026. In addition to the wastewater treatment contract, the company has also been awarded a Ballast Water Treatment port reception system contract. The purpose is to treat the ballast water at the port for a Chinese state-owned shipping and logistics company, which owns a harbor port on Hainan Island. This project is expected to be completed by June 2025. These two contracts cover design, supply, fabrication, installation, and commissioning at the respective sites.
