Callan JMB announced Atlas Complex by Callan JMB, a planned 150 acre campus in Marion, Alabama designed to support an increase of pharmaceutical onshoring, medical logistics, and domestic supply chain expansion. "Atlas Complex positions Callan JMB at the center of pharmaceutical onshoring and domestic supply chain expansion," said Wayne Williams, CEO of Callan JMB. "We are developing a top of the line, scalable campus that enables global companies to establish U.S.-based operations more efficiently, while capturing multiple long-term revenue streams aligned with important national supply chain priorities. This facility will allow large multi-national companies to reach their US government mandated onshoring goals, and provide a template for future Callan JMB projects."

Callan JMB announced its role as an independent infrastructure and oversight partner in a collaboration led by DifGen Pharmaceuticals and Aveva Drug Delivery Systems, alongside Biostax Corp and SGP Holdings. The collaboration supports U.S.-based technology transfer, formulation development, and manufacturing scale-up for the JKB-122 immune restoration platform. Callan JMB's role focuses on independent validation across manufacturing, quality systems, and supply chain operations.

Callan JMB has agreed with Biostax Corp d/b/a Attune Biotech to support its investigational new drug clinical trials for the treatment of Post-Acute Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection, commonly known as Long COVID. The Company previously announced in January 2026, that it had signed a strategic teaming agreement with Attune, whereby Callan JMB serves as independent third-party overseer of Attune's manufacturing, quality assurance and control, and deployment operations. Under this agreement, Callan JMB will provide the following services and oversight for IND 181314 for JKB-122, including Contract Manufacturing Organization qualification and validation, comprehensive batch record review, supply chain verification and integrity confirmation, surge manufacturing capacity assessment, and distribution pathway validation.

Callan JMB announced it has signed a strategic teaming agreement with Biostax Corp d/b/a Attune Biotech, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a diversified therapeutic pipeline. Callan JMB will serve as independent third-party overseer of Attune 's manufacturing, quality assurance and control, and deployment operations. Under the agreement, Callan JMB will provide federal oversight services, including manufacturing quality assurance and independent batch record review, Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority contract compliance, Food and Drug Administration audit readiness and mock inspections, milestone tracking, and federal reporting, supply chain governance and supplier qualification, and Strategic National Stockpile deployment coordination.
