Cognyte announced a $10M expansion agreement with a long-standing, national security customer in the Europe/Middle East/Africa region. The agreement expands and upgrades the agency's deployment of Cognyte's investigative analytics platform to support significant data growth, extend operational coverage and embed AI-powered predictive analytics to support proactive cyber threat investigations.

Cognyte announced that its board of directors has approved a $20M increase to the company's existing share repurchase program. This authorization represents the company's third $20M repurchase approval since launching its program in November 2024. The newly approved increase brings the total authorized for share repurchases to $40M.
