Cenntro Electric files $100M mixed securities shelf

Cenntro announced that it has been granted an additional 180 calendar day extension from Nasdaq to regain compliance with the Nasdaq's minimum $1.00 closing bid price requirement as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550 for continued listing on Nasdaq. The Company now has until April 20, 2026 to meet the requirement.

Cenntro has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Electricove Maroc for electric vehicle assembly in Morocco. Electricove will assemble Cenntro's EVs for distribution within local and Northern African markets. Under the agreement, Cenntro will supply vehicle assembly kits to Electricove, which will establish a local plant to assemble Cenntro EV models, including the Teak and LS450. Cenntro will also provide technical documentation and support.

Cenntro announced it received 260 orders for its newly introduced Logistar 210, or LS210, model during the first half of 2025. The LS210 is the company's next-generation model, designed to replace the previous LS200 with upgrades in features, technology, and quality. Since its launch earlier this year, Cenntro has sold and delivered 12 LS210 units to customers in Europe. The company said orders for the LS210 have primarily been placed for fulfillment in the European and Southeast Asian markets.
