CBAK Energy Technology announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dalian CBAK Power Battery has completed its product portfolio upgrade and commenced operation of a new production line for its Model 40135 battery. The Model 40135 features a larger size and higher capacity compared to the Company's current best-selling and flagship product, Model 32140.

Reports Q2 revenue $40.5M vs $47.8M last year

CBAK Energy Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China BAK Asia Holdings, has entered into a significant strategic partnership with Anker Innovations Technology, a global leader in intelligent hardware and one of CBAK Energy's largest customers. As part of this Partnership, CBAK Energy will establish a new battery cell manufacturing facility in Malaysia, with construction beginning immediately. The facility is expected to commence mass production of the Company's flagship LFP cylindrical battery models, 32140 and 40135, by the end of 2025.

CBAK Energy Technology announced that members of its Research & Development and Sales teams recently visited China First Automotive Works, FAW, Group at the company's headquarters in Changchun, Jilin Province. The delegation was led by Suijun Shang, Principal of the Academy of Research & Development at CBAK Energy, and included senior managers from the Sales Department. They were received by the Principal of FAW's own Academy of Research & Development. During the meeting, both parties exchanged insights on potential collaboration opportunities, including the prospective supply of CBAK Energy's upcoming Model 46950 cell, which shares key design characteristics with the widely recognized Model 46800.
