Armlogi Holding announced the launch of its AI-enabled Smart Fulfillment Network, a proprietary system designed to dynamically optimize order routing across the Company's multi-state warehouse network with the goal to reduce average shipping costs and improve overall delivery efficiency. "Our plan for growth isn't just to add more square footage to our warehouses; it's to build a multi-state, AI-driven intelligent fulfillment network," said Aidy Chou, Chairman and CEO of Armlogi, "We aim to speed up delivery and cut costs over time by using dynamic warehouse allocation and smart order routing. As we keep growing, we believe that this approach positions Armlogi to deliver greater value to our growing number of e-commerce merchants."

Reports reports FY25 revenue $190.4M vs $167M last year. Aidy Chou, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Armlogi, commented, "Fiscal year 2025 demonstrated continued strong demand for our logistics solutions, with 14% revenue growth and a more than four-fold increase in our active customer base. However, our results also reflect the significant operational challenges we faced as we expanded our warehouse network and navigated a difficult freight cost environment. The expansion of our operations with new warehouse facilities, while necessary for long-term growth, required substantial investments in labor and infrastructure that pressured our margins in the near term. Additionally, freight cost increases from our carriers have significantly impacted the profitability of our transportation services. We responded by diversifying our carrier relationships, but the industry-wide cost pressures continue to present headwinds."

Armlogi Holding has been approved as a fulfillment partner as part of TikTok Shop's TikTok Shop warehouse program. Across sites in California, Texas, Illinois, and New Jersey, Armlogi has allocated over 1,300,000 square feet of operational capacity for TikTok-related fulfillment activities, with room for further scale depending on order growth and seasonal demand. Armlogi warehouses primarily support categories including home goods, electronics, fashion, and consumer products. By leveraging Armlogi's U.S. warehouse footprint, TikTok Shop cross-border sellers can offer localized fulfillment, reducing delivery times from weeks to a few days, while complying with platform service level agreements.
