BOS Better Online Solutions has received two new orders totaling $2M from two United States based customers. The orders are expected to be delivered over the next 12 months.

These results would beat the Company's previously increased full year 2025 outlook, calling for revenue of $48 million and $3.1 million in net income.

BOS Better Online Solutions announced that its Robotics Division has secured a new $510,000 order from a major Israeli defense customer. The order is for delivery by the fourth quarter of 2026. Eyal Cohen, Chief Executive Officer, said, "The global defense industry market continues to be a major growth driver for our robotics division. We are excited to see the positive business results of our robotic production lines, leading to repeat orders with this customer for its production facilities in Israel and overseas. Successful programs such as this continue to generate new business opportunities as defense manufacturers seek similar benefits for their production challenges across a diverse array of defense industry products."

BOS Better Online Solutions announced that its RFID division has secured a $540,000 order from a major Israeli retail chain customer. The order is for delivery in the first quarter of 2026. Eyal Cohen, Chief Executive Officer, said, "We see a recovery in the commercial segment in Israel that is positively affecting our RFID division. We also continue to see opportunities for growth across all of our end markets, including aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing and retail. We expect to provide our initial 2026 outlook in the first quarter, intending to continue our growth trajectory as we further globalize and diversify our business."
