BNB Plus Corp. announced that it has received a $1.2M order for LineaDNA, representing the largest LineaDNA order in company history. The order is an acceleration of an existing customer's annual purchasing cadence, consolidating what was originally planned as a two-year order cycle into an accelerated delivery schedule expected to be completed by May. The order was placed by a global manufacturer of in vitro diagnostics under an existing supply agreement. The company has previously announced LineaDNA purchases by this customer, including a $600,000 follow-on order in July 2025. This latest order reflects the customer's decision to accelerate their procurement timeline, resulting in planned delivery within five months rather than the typical two-year cycle. Inclusive of its recent $1.2M order, the company expects to ship over $1.5M of LineaDNA to customers in the IVD and biotherapeutic markets in the first half of calendar year 2026.

BNB Plus Corp. announced that it has manufactured and shipped the largest single LineaDNA order in company history, valued at over $390,000. The approximately five-gram shipment, manufactured by the company's LineaRx, Inc. subsidiary, was delivered under the company's previously announced supply agreement for the bulk manufacture of LineaDNA used as a functional component of a cancer diagnostic test. The company anticipates fulfilling additional multi-gram deliveries under the supply agreement in the first half of the 2026 calendar year.

BNB Plus announced that following a strategic restructuring and realignment of resources implemented earlier this year, its LineaRx subsidiary has significantly reduced its costs. Based on its reduced costs and an increase in customer shipments, the company expects LineaRx to significantly narrow its losses for Q1 2026 and approach profitability. Management views this milestone as a clear validation of its strategic realignment and believes it positions LineaRx to add accretive value beyond the company's digital asset treasury strategy.

BNB Plus (BNBX) announced it has deployed an additional approximately $3M to acquire 3,349 additional BNB tokens (BNB-USD) at an average price of approximately $895 per token. The company now holds a total of approximately 18,840 BNB through direct holdings and OBNB trust units. The company said it intends to maintain a disciplined accumulation strategy.
