BlackLine Appoints Storm Duncan and Megan Prichard to Board of Directors
BlackLine has appointed Storm Duncan and Megan Prichard to BlackLine's Board of Directors in connection with a cooperation agreement with Engaged Capital. Mr. Duncan will also be appointed to the Board's Strategic Committee, along with current director Scott Davidson.
