Shares of Boyd Group Services are trading lower on Wednesday following quarterly results. While the company reported adjusted Q4 EPS of 90c, better than the expected 63c, Boyd Group's Q4 revenue came in at $793.85M, below estimates of $810.68M. The company also said net earnings decreased 25% to $18.4M, compared with $24.5M in 2024 and net EPS decreased 28.3% to 82c, compared with $1.14 in 2024. The stock dropped almost 12% to $142.61.

Boyd Group Services announced the closing of the acquisition of Joe Hudson's Collision Center, the definitive agreement to acquire Joe Hudson's having been previously announced on October 29, 2025. The acquisition adds 258 locations across the US Southeast region, increasing Boyd's North American location footprint by 25% to 1,301. This expanded scale, combined with enhanced regional density, is expected to support improved profitability through meaningful cost synergies across the combined company while accelerating the achievement of Boyd's previously announced goals.
