authID announced a strategic partnership with Section 2. The collaboration integrates authID's biometric identity platform and Mandate governance framework for Agentic AI into Section 2's core solutions, TENet and TRACC, securing the delivery of their "Intelligence as a Service" for financial organizations with cryptographic identity assurance and full auditability. authID announced a strategic partnership with a top financial infrastructure provider for U.S. banks that will help them secure their fintech platform and better compete in today's digital-first banking landscape. The infrastructure company is deploying the integrated solution at the first of their more than 100 banking customers to secure commercial, in-branch, and digital channels. authID announced that a U.S. point-of-sale lending and payment financing platform has selected authID to protect its merchant onboarding, consumer origination, and account access workflows from escalating identity fraud. The selection of authID underscores growing momentum for biometric identity assurance in consumer finance, as fintech platforms confront rising identity fraud, organized fraud rings, and account takeover attacks that traditional verification tools fail to stop. authID announced it has been selected to support the initial deployment of retail kiosks distributing age-restricted products within government-secured facilities and controlled contractor environments in the United States. The technology will be integrated with the Berify.me platform to enforce identity and age verification while securing user engagement and compliance workflows. A manufacturer client required a scalable method to comply with U.S. age-restricted product regulations, reduce liability exposure, and prevent unauthorized access to regulated products.
