Apollo announced that it is set to launch the CG Apollo Global Diversified Credit LTAF, a multi-sector private credit solution, after the fund recently received FCA authorization. The LTAF will provide UK Defined Contribution pension schemes with access to a global credit portfolio principally focused on private credit, including private investment grade, large-cap corporate lending and asset-backed finance, in a semi-liquid product format.

Siris announced a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in TAKKION, a premier integrated services provider to the renewable energy industry that generated approximately $600M in revenue in 2025, from funds managed by Apollo. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Founded in 2019, TAKKION is a scaled, diversified energy services platform operating in an increasingly attractive industry in light of surging power demand from data centers and the electrification of industry and transportation. Today, customers rely on TAKKION for full lifecycle renewable energy services across operations, maintenance & repair, construction, transportation, and fixed site logistics. Siris will partner with TAKKION's highly experienced management team to further optimize operations, expand its proven service capabilities into adjacent renewable sectors, and pursue both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Already a leader in wind energy services, TAKKION is well-positioned to continue expanding into adjacencies such as solar, battery, and transmission. Apollo Global Management shareholders have sued the company and co-founders Leon Black and Marc Rowan in a proposed class action for allegedly defrauding them about the firm's business dealings with Jeffrey Epstein, Jonathan Stempel and Isla Binnie of Reuters reports. The shareholders allege the defendants falsely denied in regulatory filings in 2021 and 2022 of doing business with Epstein, though Epstein "was heavily involved and frequently communicated with Apollo Global's senior leadership" in the 2010s.
