Alpha Modus Financial Services announced a multi-year agreement with Tickets For Less, enabling AMFS to integrate TFL's live entertainment ticketing API directly into the upcoming AlphaCash kiosks and consumer app. Through this partnership, AlphaCash users will be able to browse and purchase tickets to concerts, sports, and live events inside the same financial ecosystem they rely on for everyday transactions. Under the agreement, AlphaCash users will gain access to TFL's full catalog of performers, categories, events, and live-event ticket inventory via API.

Alpha Modus is providing additional context around the AlphaCash kiosk platform, "outlining how embedded financial services inside grocery and convenience retail environments can scale efficiently while expanding access for underbanked consumers," the company said. Despite the growth of digital banking, millions of Americans continue to rely on cash-based, in-person financial services as part of their daily lives. The AlphaCash kiosk is designed to operate at the intersection of financial access and retail efficiency. Alpha Modus files $250M mixed securities shelf

Alpha Modus (AMOD) announced an agreement with DXC Technology (DXC) to deploy financial services kiosks serving underbanked consumers across the United States. The partnership's initial deployment phase will begin with a national retailer, with additional multi-retailer expansion expected as the rollout progresses. The initial phase includes approximately 119 kiosks scheduled for placement in the Southwest U.S., primarily in Texas. Under the partnership, DXC will deliver end-to-end installation, onsite break/fix support, and remote desk management services.
