Ambow Education announced that its subsidiary, HybriU, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Singapore-based Bamboo System Technology, a provider of AI-powered learning management solutions in Southeast Asia, to mutually integrate their respective learning, training and collaboration technologies and expand monetization opportunities across education and enterprise markets. Under the agreement, HybriU will integrate Bamboo Technology's AI-driven LMS technologies - including AI tutoring, analytics, and personalized learning tools - into its innovative HybriU phygital solution. In turn, Bamboo Technology will embed HybriU's immersive 3D-enabled, AI-driven phygital education and collaboration solutions into Bamboo Technology's LMS infrastructure, primarily its award-winning BambooCloud platform, to offer customers an enhanced, unified learning experience that bridges the physical and digital environments across classrooms, training centers and workplaces. The partnership enhances HybriU's technology backbone and expands its commercial reach, opening new joint-sales channels and strengthening its international distribution network across Southeast Asia.

Ambow Education announced the launch of HybriU Knowledge Capture, a strategic expansion of the Company's HybriU platform now adapted to help enterprises preserve critical knowledge, retain proprietary institutional expertise and ensure operational continuity. HybriU Knowledge Capture includes the HybriU AI UniBox, a portable control pad and a USB microphone. This powerful combination delivers a compact, plug-and-play system that seamlessly records and securely stores key components of corporate sessions. The system captures voice audio, electronic whiteboard content, PowerPoint presentations and collaborative discussions, whether sessions are conducted in person, remotely, or in hybrid formats. All recordings are automatically analyzed by HybriU's AI to generate searchable summaries and key-point highlights, building a structured institutional knowledge library. Unlike standard video conferencing tools, HybriU Knowledge Capture transforms meetings, training sessions and brainstorming discussions into actionable insights and lasting organizational memory, ensuring company continuity even as teams evolve.

Ambow Education announced that it has entered into an agreement with Colorado State University for use of Ambow's HybriU's Digital Educational Solution platform to modernize classroom engagement and elevate the phygital learning experience for students and faculty. The HybriU "box-top" solution, selected by Colorado State University, is a compact, all-in-one, plug-and-play platform that transforms conventional physical classrooms into intelligent learning environments with seamless connectivity between in-person and remote learners. Through intelligent automation, the HybriU system integrates real-time lecture capture, multilingual transcription, AI-generated content summaries and immersive display capabilities. These robust, integrated functions synchronize in-room and remote participation seamlessly, making hybrid instruction more interactive, accessible and effective.

Reports Q2 revenue $2.4M vs. $2.7M last year.
