AlTi Global confirmed that it has received multiple preliminary indications of interest regarding a potential transaction with the company. The Board of Directors of the company has formed a Special Committee of independent directors to consider these preliminary indications of interest and to assess potential strategic options to maximize long-term value for shareholders, support the company's continued growth and to continue delivering best-in-class service to clients. Corient, the wealth management arm of Canadian asset manager CI Financial, has held talks to acquire AlTi Global and take the company private, sources with knowledge of the situation told Citywire. The two sides have held talks over the prior few weeks and months, though the current state of negotiations was not immediately clear and a deal has not been finalized, the report added, citing sources.
