Robo.ai Inc. announced a three-year gold reseller agreement with The Ghazi Group, a full-stack AI infrastructure and solutions provider. The agreement grants Robo.ai gold reseller status to distribute TGG's edge inference servers for fully autonomous vehicles, advanced CPU and GPU server systems, as well as storage and networking systems across the MENA and selected Southeast Asian markets.

Robo.ai files to sell 150.5M Class B ordinary shares for holders

Robo.ai officially submitted its application to the provisional administrator of Shanghai JIDU Automobile Co. seeking to participate in its pre-restructuring. Robo.ai has completed application submission. In accordance with the formal legal procedures, the company will proceed with the due diligence process as well as the submission and negotiation of the Pre-Restructuring Investment Plan, following due diligence deposit payment. The company cautions this submission represents a preliminary step in the pre-restructuring process. The final outcome of the restructuring is subject to the review and negotiations with the provisional administrator and relevant creditors of Jidu, and the approval of the court.

Robo.ai Inc. announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with ATW Partners for a total of $180M financing arrangement. The financing is comprised of $80M in convertible notes and a $100M equity purchase facility commitment. The company also announced that it has completed the first tranche of the transaction on December 11, 2025.
