Aduro Clean Tech announced that it has entered into an agreement with Water Tower Research, an institutional research and investor engagement firm to provide research coverage and strategic investor engagement services to support Aduro's growth objectives and enhance visibility within the institutional investment community. Under the terms of the agreement, WTR will provide research and capital markets communications services to the company for an initial term of six months beginning April 1. The services provided to the company include the production of content, including research reports distributed through WTR's digital delivery infrastructure and digital and marketing channels. In consideration for the services to be provided by WTR, the company has agreed to pay an aggregate cash fee of $39,000, payable upon the execution of the agreement. The company may renew the agreement for a subsequent six-month period at any time after August 31, by providing a written notice of intent to renew to WTR, which renewal term will be effective as of September 30. If the company provides the notice to WTR, the company will pay to WTR an aggregate cash fee of $48,000 in consideration for the services provided during the renewal term. WTR may acquire an interest in the securities of the company in the future.

The company states: "Aduro Clean Technologies announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aduro Energy Inc., has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with a leading Global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction company to jointly develop a comprehensive commercial licensing package for Hydrochemolytic(TM) Technology to support deployment across multiple markets. The MOU follows several months of technical and commercial discussions between Aduro and the GEPC, including the sharing of preliminary technical information and evaluation of pathways to establish a commercial licence package. The MOU establishes a framework and stage-gated activities to support the development of the technology and of a commercial licensing model for HCT. It also covers a pre-engineered plant concept that the GEPC could use to design and build industrial plants for the chemical recycling of mixed and contaminated post-consumer plastic waste that is not suitable for mechanical recycling."

Aduro Clean Technologies announces that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent, LOI, with a leading independent international commodities trading company active in the sourcing, logistics, and marketing of naphtha and certified circular hydrocarbon streams. The LOI establishes a framework to evaluate and qualify Hydrochemolytic oil produced by the Company for future offtake agreements. The LOI includes a committed offtake arrangement for the initial production parcel tied to the Company's First-of-a-Kind Industrial Plant planned for construction at Chemelot Industrial Park in Geleen, Netherlands. It establishes a structured Pilot-to-FOAK validation program intended to determine product value, confirm specification alignment, and evaluate reproducibility of Hydrochemolytic oil while supporting downstream market positioning as part of the circular hydrocarbon markets.

Aduro Clean Technologies announced that initial operating campaigns are now underway at its Next Generation Process Pilot Plant in London, Ontario. Highlights: Transition to Operations - The NGP Pilot Plant has transitioned into initial operating campaigns and directly supporting the Company's commercial scale-up through planned campaigns for ongoing research, customer engagement, and feedstock qualification. Operational Readiness - Operations and technical teams have completed training and are gaining significant knowhow in controlling, trouble shooting and hands-on experience on industrial like process to support next-scale execution. FOAK Advancing - Development of the First-of-a-Kind facility is progressing alongside Pilot Plant operations, with site selection completed and equipment evaluation underway to inform design and long-lead procurement planning. On-schedule Progression - The NGP Pilot Plant is performing to expectations, and initial campaigns are consistent with planned trials. Data-driven Validation - Aduro is well positioned to generate supportive operational and environmental performance data to support and advance its commercialization program.
